Ingredients:
400g nonfat Greek yogurt
100g low-fat milk
40g honey
100g fresh mixed berries (such as blueberries, raspberries, and strawberries)
20g chopped nuts (such as almonds or walnuts)
Instructions:
In a large bowl, whisk together the Greek yogurt, low-fat milk, and honey until smooth and well combined.
Wash and slice the mixed berries, then stir them into the yogurt mixture.
Pour the mixture into a silicone ice cube tray, filling each compartment about 3/4 of the way full.
Sprinkle the chopped nuts on top of each yogurt mixture.
Place the ice cube tray in the freezer and freeze for at least 4 hours, or until the bars are firm.
Once the bars are frozen, remove them from the ice cube tray and enjoy immediately. Alternatively, store them in an airtight container in the freezer for up to 1 month.
