Ingredients:
40g rolled oats
10g unsweetened shredded coconut
10g chopped pecans
1/2 tablespoon chia seeds
1 tablespoon unsweetened cocoa powder
1/4 teaspoon vanilla extract
1/4 teaspoon coconut extract
1/4 teaspoon cinnamon
120g unsweetened almond milk
1 tablespoon pure maple syrup
Instructions:
In a bowl, combine the rolled oats, shredded coconut, chopped pecans, chia seeds, cocoa powder, vanilla extract, coconut extract, and cinnamon.
Stir in the almond milk and maple syrup until well combined.
Cover the bowl with plastic wrap and refrigerate overnight.
In the morning, stir the mixture again and add a splash of almond milk if needed to reach desired consistency.
Enjoy cold or heat in the microwave for 30-60 seconds before eating.
